Traveler reviews
A Memorable Rail Tour
This tour was amazing. Between the bus and rail trip, we saw so much of the country side. Having staff present to escort our group was great and it took the thinking and detail planning out of travelling to Kerry and Dingle. Our bus drivers were super knowledgable and friendly, we learned so much along the way. The hotel we were booked into for our nights in Killarney was also nice and we were left plenty of time to explore it on our down time. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone interested in seeing another side of Ireland.
Fabulous tour!
This trip was amazing. We were met at the train station in Dublin and were escorted to each tour. We had reserved seats on the trains and were seated in the first 2 rows on all the bus tours. Andrew was a wonder bus tour guide to Killarney and Batt was great on the Ring of Kerry tour. We stayed at a beautiful hotel in Killarney. This was a great way to see this part of Ireland without driving.
Ripped Off
Due to Covid we had to cancel our trip and they did not refund our money as stated on their terms. DO NOT BOOK A TOUR WITH THEM. We are out a lot of money and are not returning to Ireland next year to use the voucher they offered instead. I would have never prepaid if it didnt say refunds if cancelled within a certain amount of time.

I was very disappointed with our accommodations in Killarney, not that the B and B wasn't adequate, but we were told that first morning before boarding the train that we would be staying at a Hotel. Then just before we got to Killarney another chaperone told us that we would be at a B and B. I questioned it since we had been told differently. She said she would check about changing us but it was probably too late. She made a phone call and said it was too late however, another couple a few rows behind us told her they wanted a refund and a ride back to Dublin if they had to stay at a B and B. She made some phone calls and changed them to the very nice Hotel. She then came back to us and one other lady and said oh your B and B has been changed to a different one. Now if it was too late to make a change, how and why did she change us to a different one. The lady who owned the B and B we were sent to said she really wasn't even open yet but they had called her and asked if she would take us. We had to drag our luggage upstairs. When we went downtown we saw the very nice hotel that everyone else was staying in. The chaperone told us we got the B and B because we had not booked direct with the tour company. I thought Viator was the tour company. This is very misleading.

We loved this trip. Our guides were continually checking on our needs and travelled on the trains with us at all times. I would definitely suggest this as an awesome tour. We stayed in the bed and breakfast which was a four star beautiful guest house and was within walking distance to Killarney.
