- If any of the visiting places is closed, we will try to attend an alternative place.
- The lunch/restaurant may change due to operational reasons.
- We do not supply any extra drop off service.
- When booking, please indicate the number of customers requesting vegetarian meals or gluten-free meals.
- Main Meals: A set meal with Japanese fried chicken and Tofu. No pork, no seafood but please note that Miso soup contains fish stock. No nuts, no crustaceans but anyone who has a serious allergy, please book the tour without lunch.
- Gluten-free Meals: A meal with grilled chicken, rice, miso soup and tofu.
- Muslim-friendly meals, Allergy-friendly meals, lactose-free meals, etc. are not available. Please book the tour without lunch.
- Customers who need each options will be charged more for changes on the day, therefore please select with lunch option in advance
- Sometimes cruise can be suspended due to high tide or techinical maintenance. In that case, we visit alternative place (Hamarikyu-Garden or Fukagawa museum) so we do not visit Odaiba.Refund will not be given for this case.
- Please let us know your booking numbers and total number of people before the tour if you have several bookings or if you have booked separatly.
- Due to the weather conditions, traffic conditions, or suspension of operation, we may have a possibility not to achieve all the activities. The tour will be attending to alternative place or giving ou t a gift as a compensation depending on a situation at that time. Refunds will not be given for these changes.
- If you are late for the tour start time, you will not be able to join the tour mid-way.
- Please handle the loading and unloading of your luggage from the trunk yourself. (Including wheelchairs, stroller etc..)
- Matcha store will be closed on May 14th, so we will be giving out matcha souvenirs as Matcha experience.

What a wonderful experience!!!
The your was perfect, as there was no way we could have seen this much of Tokyo in one day on our own. Tsubasa was an amazing guide! He was very friendly, knowledgeable, polite, and fun! The bus was immaculate and our driver (Yamamoto San) was truly a professional. I HIGHLY recommend this tour!!!

An absolutely fantastic tour! Our guide Tsubasa was fantastic - very knowledgeable about the areas we visited as well as Tokyo and Japan in general. He was incredibly friendly and fun and made the whole tour a great experience. We found this tour to be a great way to experience major Tokyo sights in one day. It is a long day but you do get through so much and having it all planned out for you made it so simple. It was perfectly paced- enough time at each stop to appreciate the surroundings without feeling rushed, and Tsubasa always made sure to give time for photos (taking them too) as well as point out toilet stops or vending machines for drinks. There was some walking when you got to each stop, to get from the car park and around the sites etc, but the air conditioned bus was a welcome relief on a hot humid day. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone who wants to experience Tokyo, and I hope you get Tsubasa as your tour guide!

Our tour guide LEVIN-SAMA in Tokyo was excellent! He was knowledgeable, friendly, and had a great sense of humor, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Tour Guide Tsubasa goes the Extra Mile!
Tsubasa was a brilliant tour guide. Explained Tokyo well and gave lots of extra humorous details. Well paced tour, saw all the main sights and had priority access as well. Lots of chances for photos, taking on drinks and doing a bit of shopping. Left relaxed. Lunch of a good quality and a good taste of modern Japanese food. Felt a fair price for the day of being driven around, the guide and the entertainment. Clearly a good company and good to have been given information on our other cities we are to visit! Extra mile!
