White Island & Ras Mohammed National Park Excursion

Arrival airport We had booked a pick up at the airport to our hotel arrived at the airport exit many drivers were waiting but no one with my name. I had to send messages on the 3 contacts I had with the agency asking where our driver was we waited 30 minutes then as no one answered we left to finally take a taxi but a driver with my name finally appeared. It was necessary to pay him the whole excursions which I had agreed well with the agency so ok the problem was that the driver did not speak English and impossible to make himself understood to know what he wanted. We finally understood each other and once at the hotel I received messages from WhatsApp contacts I had to know if everything was ok. First excursion We had a Bedouin dinner without activities only dinner so around 6pm. The pickup picked us up at 3:45. We arrived at 4pm at the meeting point for quad bikes but were not doing this activity because we were with a 3 year old and did not want to do this activity. We had finally waited until 6pm sitting down for the show to start and dinner so we waited 2h to do nothing while we had well booked dinner and no other activities. The organization is to be reviewed for people who only want to attend dinner and pick them up later. On the way out it was a simple car that picked us up and the guy told us he was coming back after. Once dinner was over the first car took us back to the quad meeting bridge and we thought we had the car to go to take us back Not at all we waited more than 30 minutes for a minivan to take us back to the hotel by making other stops before The organization is cata we have from 4pm to 8.30pm to wait (with a total of 2 shows and meals ) for 2h30 to spend in the cars and wait so it is too long. Boat trip: we did a boat trip for race, Mohamed and white islands. The car picked him up at 7:40 in the morning at 10:15. The boat had not left for more than two hours to wait for the boat to leave. On the boat, there was no music, it was a bit of a shame. The staff of the boat was friendly. The boat was clean and the food was good. Disappointed with the White Island, I thought it was really an island and not a sandbar. there is a whole boat line next to each other. Disappointed on that side too. Second boat trip: we finally decided to cancel the trip to tyran island because after checking better on the internet it is also a sandbank and we did not want to spend our day on the boat doing nothing. I did cancel 24 hours before with the agency and I asked them how we proceed for the refund. They told me I would get the money when the Driver picked us up for the return trip to the airport. We wanted to have the money before to use it and I didn’t have complete confidence. To the fact that I will see my money or not on the last day on the airport dock. Indeed, with the plane to take I would not have had time to chase the money so I asked them to come and take it to the hotel. they took me 15 € of charge to bring the money to the hotel and they reimbursed me in Egyptian pounds and us in euros but this point was OK. Return airport: The day before the return, I was contacted to find out what time we wanted to leave and at the end of the message he mentioned the €15 for the return, except that I had already paid it the Saturday before and when I mentioned it, they told me that no, I sent a conversation screen with another person from the agency, then they said OK. Arriving at the airport I kindly give the driver a tip and he tells me what it is so I tell him it is for him, no it is 15€ that you have to give, and here I am to remove again for 10 minutes waited for him to call the whole earth and show him my messages which confirms that the 15€ are ok and he had not been informed. It's a hell Overall I was put in touch with five or six people from the agency, it was difficult to manage and I had to send several messages each time to get answers. I wouldn’t say that this agency is to flee either but we shouldn’t expect a square organization and we must send messages regularly to have a follow-up of your request because I am not talking about the messages sent before for the estimate and validation of the dates of the Excursion two months before. By way of comparison, we had also made trips to Hourghada with an agency where everything had gone remarkably well. Here I don’t know if it’s because we were French and are treated less well than Italian Russians have English but it was quite really unbearable and that’s why I would only put one star unfortunately because I spent a lot of time before and during the holidays sending messages to these people.
