This was a very terrible experience and definitely not worth the money. First when we arrived at the meeting point, nobody was there to confirm that this is actually where we needed to be. There was a gentleman walking around, who ignored me 3 times as I was trying to ask him a question. Turns out he was an employee working for the company. Terrible customer service. But even bigger problems was that our gondolier was very rude in the few words he said to us when we were getting on. Once we got on, he did not say a word the remainder of the ride. Passed many other gondolas with gondolier giving explanations of different areas… not the case with us. My biggest problem was that he took us to the worst areas, definitely not the pretty ones where I could snap pictures. Horrible experience. Wouldn’t recommend this company at all.

Interessante ben organizzato, Alessandra molto coinvolgente e ironica al ounto giusto. Guida lunga e faticosa visto il grzn caldo ma resa più lieve dall intrattenimento competente e divertente di Alessandra. Lo rifarei, grazie
