It’s hard to resist a glimpse of Michelangelo’s David – the gem of Italian sculptures – at the Accademia Gallery. On this tour you'll get to skip the line and visit the impressive Renaissance collection. Explore the gallery’s seven halls. Marvel at paintings, frescos and altarpieces and learn why Michelangelo’s unfinished statues still spark curiosity today. The Tribune is where the gallery’s star statue can be found. The colossal statue of David packs a punch, created by 26-year-old Michelangelo from a solid piece of marble. It’s a revolutionary interpretation of David before the act of killing Goliath.
Step inside the Museum of Musical Instruments to explore an elegant collection of string and wind instruments including a one-of-a-kind Stradivari viola, decorated with the Medici family crest.

Tour perfetto. La nostra guida Alessia è stata lineare e piacevole, adatta anche ad un pubblico di più “piccoli”. Tour di 3 ore ma che scorrono velocemente grazie alla bravura della guida ma anche alla bellezza del palazzo, dei giardini e della storia che raccontano.
Mario was very nice and personable. He told us about the different neighborhoods and some of the history. It was a great ride because it wasn't the "tourist trap" type of ride. And when the ambulance boat passed us, he quickly turned us into the wake, keeping us safe and dry.
Alyssa was wonderful and very accommodating , her English is excellent and the way she explains feels it’s coming form the heart. God bless her and thank you for such a great experience
