Stepping off your cruise in Seyðisfjörður, you’ll be greeted by your friendly local guide for a rejuvenating half-day tour that perfectly balances scenic beauty and relaxation.
We begin with a breathtaking mountain drive offering sweeping views of fjords and valleys as we make our way to Gufufoss, one of East Iceland’s most photogenic waterfalls. This peaceful cascade, often called a mini Skógafoss, is a serene spot that many cruise passengers never get to see.
Next, we journey to the acclaimed Vök Baths on Lake Urriðavatn—an otherworldly geothermal spa featuring floating infinity pools nestled in the still waters of the lake. Soak in mineral-rich waters while gazing out across the untouched wilderness. Excursion intéressante! La longue route vers le canyon nous fait passer par de très beaux paysages. Les falaises de Studlagil sont vraiment impressionnantes. Notre chauffeur Runar était intéressant, mais un peu difficile à comprendre pour nous francophone.
