A little Overrated

Ask for clear instructions on where to meet/pier. Fireworks are only about 5 minutes…A little underwhelming overall…crew and captain were friendly

Misleading Experience

After carefully reading the experience description, I reached out ahead of time to confirm the vibe. I specifically asked whether it would be more of a party atmosphere or a quieter boat ride, and I was assured it would be upbeat—which is what our group was looking forward to after a long work week. Unfortunately, the experience didn’t match those expectations. The atmosphere was very low-key, with minimal music and no real “party” energy. which was fine, but we were told otherwise prior to booking. In addition, the total time on the boat was pretty short as we were onboard for no more than about 30 minutes, rather than the expected 1 hour and 15 minutes. After the show, I felt we should have been able to stay on the boat. For the price of $65, that felt disappointing, especially since we had planned to relax and enjoy our time, and the drinks we brought, on the water. The refreshments were also more limited than described. it would have been helpful if the listing had clarified that offerings would be very light. Overall, the experience didn’t feel worth the cost given the shortened duration and mismatch in expectations. Had we known, we likely would have chosen to watch the fireworks from the beach instead.

This was advertised as...

This was advertised as approx. 1.45 min, but ours was 1 hour 5 min. The crew was great, however we would have picked a longer cruise had we known it was this short. They also had 2 boats going out, so maybe that was why the check-in took longer. Don’t forget to bring alcohol, as it’s not served or for sale. They state that, but several on boat didn’t realize that. We did see an amazing full moon above Diamond Head and it was nice to see Waikiki from the water at night.

Not completely as advertised

First, the boat left too late to catch the sunset. We were to leave at 7:00 but we pulled out of the slip at 7:15. It was too late for the best view of sunset. They advertised pop/soda, local juices, ice, cooler and cups provided. There were local juices only and I did get a cup after asking. The snack is just chips. The floor mats are a killer on your feet. You are required to leave your shoes behind, which I expected. Other boats I've been on were no shoes but with a different type of flooring. The cruise was advertised as 90 minutes approximately. We left at 7:15 and returned to the slip at 8:30. I was able to get a last minute booking for a fireworks cruise at an acceptable price.
