Fun fun fun. Follow the crew. They won’t disappoint. Short and sweet. Right amount of time. Would go again.
Great Snorkelling Experience with a few minor drawbacks
Overall, it was a great experience. The location was a little crowded, as it seemed that many operators use the same area, but it was still very enjoyable. The equipment provided was great and so was the briefing. The staff were friendly and welcoming, although they occasionally came across as a bit grumpy and sometimes seemed to forget they were speaking to and managing beginner snorkellers. One aspect that felt uncomfortable was the way tips were handled at the end of the trip. Guests were asked for tips and then, to get off the boat, they had to walk past a staff member seated next to the tip jar. This may be normal in the US, but as a non-American visitor, I found it somewhat confrontational, particularly after paying nearly AU$600 for a snorkelling trip for four people that was only about 20 minutes offshore.

The crew is considerate and friendly. It’s my first time book this Snorkeling Tour on Oahu. They give clear instructions and location. They waited for us to arrive even though we were late for 8 mins. Good experience and Fun Tour on the Island.
Great team but rough seas ruined it
The people and staff were great but the ocean was rough, a lot of people got sick including my husband and friends we were with, it was not a great experience for us, you just can’t see anything or enjoy the experience at all. I understand the company cannot control the ocean but I think it should be postponed if it gets that bad

Crew was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The boat was comfy and the small group experience was great. Tons of turtles!!
