Mario dos a great job , in the all tour , I wish now more from Sorrento by Maria doesn’t provided any information about the city just we follow up until the view for picture and she left , pompas was Better Mario and the other female Tourism lady did meet my expectations thanks

Day trip
We had a great day visiting the lemoncello factory, Sorrento and the highlight. Pompei. Mario, Miriam and Svetlana were great guides. They shared wonderful information about all the places we saw.
Horrible. Cancelled by operator, cannot get refund
The trip was cancelled, no refund and no replies from the operator. I've booked 2 person trip through this platform for Sunday May 3 2026. On Saturday I got message from the guide, she informed me that there was some error and no trips available on that day and asked if I want to cancel or reschedule. Since I was leaving in a few days I've cancelled the trip. Note: I've received message from the guide less than 24 hours which means im not entitled for the refund in the trip advisor system even though ive checked the option "cancelled by operator request". However, the operator cancelled it so I should get my refund. I've contacted them several times through the tripadvisor platform, directly through email provided by the guide and didn't get any response. They keep bouncing saying "contact booking platform because we can still see your booking" even though ive sent them screenshots with cancellation. And none of that should even matter. Operator cancelled the trip - it should be automatically refunded. I DO NOT recommend to use this operator unless you want to risk loosing your money
Beautiful day of escape!
Two very beautiful places to visit. Sorrento is breathtaking. Our guide Désirée was very kind and attentive. While the tour was in English, she repeated in French if we did not understand, all with a smile!
