She is not only an amazing and passionate chef but also a fantastic, patient teacher. This is the perfect way to experience Italy. During our visit to Venice, we felt it was essential to do something beyond sightseeing and visiting museums, so we decided to take a genuine Italian cooking class. The atmosphere was fantastic, and we learned a lot about making different types of pasta and tiramisu. We also enjoyed a lovely lunch featuring our own dishes paired with wine.
