This was a very fun and...

This was a very fun and engaging Pizza and Tiramisu making class... Matt (Mateo) was an awesome host, chef and teacher, walking us through each of the steps during our cooking class, while also making sure our glasses stayed full throughout the experience. We had a great time with a couple other people joining the class, making it very relaxing, while we prepared dough from scratch, and then set up our pizzas with fresh toppings. The result of our work was to then enjoy the delicious pizza (which came out amazing) and Tiramisu in great company. Definitely worth looking into this tour if you want an immersive experience that gets you out of the typical tourist sites.

An Unforgettable, Fun, and Delicious Experience!

I attended this class and it was absolutely excellent! Our host, Francesca, was incredibly sweet, funny, welcoming, and just so cool. From the moment we arrived, they kept our glasses full with endless water and excellent red and white wine throughout the night. They also served a fantastic aperitivo featuring five different homemade spreads on small breads: honey truffle, butter truffle, Parmigiano truffle (which almost all of us agreed was the absolute best!), green pesto, and tomato pesto. You could eat as much as you wanted, and it was so delicious that I actually ended up buying a jar of the Parmigiano truffle sauce to take home! We started the class by making two types of gelato (vanilla and chocolate), which was a really interesting process. As we kept enjoying the wine, we moved on to the pizza. They explained how to make the dough from scratch. Although we didn't make our own dough entirely from the beginning, they did let us knead it a little bit. I do wish we could have spent a bit more time working on the dough ourselves, but honestly, the atmosphere was so incredibly fun and lively that I completely overlooked it! We were then given perfectly rested, pre-made dough to stretch out, along with a great variety of toppings to choose from. Once decorated, they went into the fired oven and were ready super fast. After eating our pizzas, we finally had the gelato we made earlier, and it was truly delicious. We finished the night perfectly with an excellent shot of Limoncello. A special shoutout to Francesca she even let me film a TikTok video with her and was so kind, funny, and cool about it. Thank you to the whole team for such a memorable night! Highly recommended!
