Not as much hands on as I’d like. Lots of down time. Just didn’t seem like an Italian experience. I’d skip it and do a pasta excursion to Frascrati instead.

Making pizza and gelato was such a fun experience
It was an amazing experience, we had great conversations with people from all over the world and the staff were GREAT. Valeria made sure we were well guided and Marco was so charming, everybody made the atmosphere so light we couldn't resist having fun
