Greatest Experience

I love making pizzas and the dough especially from scratch but now with this class and knowing the best ingredients for making pizza, I feel that I can perfect it now! Our instructor Joe is a cool guy and is very interactive with his students, plus his accent is a great mix of Italian and Australian. He showed us how to properly mix the batter and the dough so we do not destroy its texture and form. He was very patient and I definitely recommend doing a cooking class again soon!
