As the sun sets over Trastevere's cobblestones, join an evening built entirely around grown-up fun: roll and shape pasta from scratch, learn the technique behind a proper Roman pizza al taglio, and pick up the moves behind mixing an Aperol Spritz the way locals actually pour it, no measuring, just instinct. Enjoy your own creations while prosecco flows throughout, and a classic tiramisu rounds out the night.
This is a small, adults-only class, so expect real conversation, plenty of hands-on time at the table, and a guide who's happy to go off-script with stories about growing up in these kitchens. It's the kind of evening built for a date night, a girls' night, or a group of friends who want their pasta lesson to come with a side of cocktails.
Everyone walks away with a printed recipe pack to recreate the whole spread at home. Dietary needs can be accommodated with advance notice.

Your guide will be waiting for you inside Ercoli Trastevere, and wearing our purple Eating Europe bag! Please aim to arrive 15 minutes early, so the tour can start on time. Jordana was lovely and very knowledgeable. Notting Hill is a great area but it would’ve been overwhelming to do this on our own. Exploring Notting Hill via this tour made it enjoyable and easy, and of course quite delicious!
