Fun and delicious cooking class from Florence

This is a fabulous cooking class from start to finish. Started with a wonderful shopping trip at Mercator Centrale where some of the food for the cooking class was purchased and delicious samples we had. We were taken to a beautiful farm in the countryside overlooking a valley in the mountains. Gloria and Erica were wonderful hostesses and teachers. We made a four delicious courses which we enjoyed with wine overlooking the beautiful countryside. One of our favorite memories of our two week trip to Italy with the family.. I would highly recommend this to anyone
