A really great Hamman, very friendly staff. The care and applications were really recommended. The transfer in a brand new Changan and a driver named Ahmed who takes you safely and well from to the hotel.

Super turkish hammam, massage was great and the rest also , were already the second time there and will come back on the next hurghada holiday. All in all top and 1000% recommended
Super massage, lots of power, recommended
Pick up is not done directly at the hotel, but entrance hotel complex! After about 10 minutes drive, the Cleopatra Spa is located in an unpaved side street in the residential area. The spa is clean, but of course not like in a 5 star hotel. The massage was very good and the hammam was also done very well. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. Sequence of treatments; sauna, jacuzzi, steam bath, hammam, face mask and then massage, return hotel to direct entrance. Unbeatable price & good quality, massage strength by arrangement. Recommended! Take your bathing suits and slippers!

Our pickup, which was included in the price, was forgotten. At pickup time came a WhatsApp where we were. I should send a picture of the hotel. No reaction after that. After waiting 30 minutes I have written to the provider, even since no reaction. Then our security representative from the hotel got involved and called. After 60 minutes finally pick up from the hotel. Upon arrival at Clepatra Spa, there was tea. Then we went to change (advantage to other spas in Hurghada you keep your key from the locker) then we went to the sauna. There it was quite noisy in the vestibule, I was so not used to this spa and the staff were very stressed. When we came out of the sauna it was quiet and we went to the steam bath from there to the jacuzzi. We were left in there for quite a long time. We got the feeling that somehow everything was double booked. After 30 minutes in the jacuzzi (where we were sold drinks and fish fun) we finally head to Haman. As always, it was good there, it always varies from employee to employee. The whole body massage afterwards lasted 60 minutes and was very good
Best Hammam
We were there the 4th time. We no longer want to book another hammam, were always disappointed with others, not here at all. We will come back. 👍🏻👍🏻
