Full tummy and learning Vietnam culture
Hailey was an amazing and warm teacher. We started from going to the near by market to shop fresh vegetables, meat and pho noodles. Then we made all the dishes: pho, meatballs, spring rolls, papaya salad, and egg coffee. I had so much fun to learn the Vietnamese culture via food. Now I can make these dishes for my friends back in the U.S.
Excellent cooking class and lots of fun
We had a great time cooking with Hailey, she was an excellent guide and instructor! The food was great and there was plenty of it. This is mostly a cooking class; we would have liked more time on the market tour or to visit more places.

Great experience
I had an absolutely amazing experience! Lynn was super friendly and took the time to explain everything so clearly. I was the only vegetarian in the group, and she was incredibly accommodating. The entire group helped each other out, making it a wonderful team effort that led to a magnificent feast at the end. The food was absolutely delicious! We couldn’t even finish it all, but it was so lovely to hear that the leftovers would be donated to the homeless. Learning so much from Lynn was fantastic, and the market experience beforehand was a great touch. I learned so much and would 100% recommend this to anyone!
