Brilliant experience for meater eaters and vegetarians

We had a wonderful experience learning to cook several dishes from scratch. Our teacher Vi was very welcoming, engaging and made it a lot of fun. Before we started cooking, Vi took us to a few stores on the market street to buy some fresh ingredients and explained about all the produce at the stalls. We learnt to prepare and cook both meat and vegetarian versions of bành xéo, cha gio, bành cuôn, cà phê trúng and bún chá. Some of the ingredients were surprising. At the end, we had a well deserved feast and a long chat with Vi about life in Hanoi and more. We had such a lovely time. Cám ơn, Vi!
