  • Redeem your voucher at any of the designated Big Bus stops. You will be issued with a bus tour ticket and a Tower of London entrance ticket
  • Infants (age 0-3) can go on the tour free of charge
  • Please note that Stop 1 – Green Park is currently affected by a long-term closure of the main bus stand. While the Blue and Red Tours will continue to pass through this stop, boarding is impacted. As a result, the Red Tour now starts and ends at Stop 2 – Hard Rock. Customers are advised to board from this location.
  • Cruises run every 15–40 minutes in summer, and every 30–40 minutes in winter
  • Buses run every 10–20 minutes in summer and every 15–30 minutes in winter
  • You can pre-book your time slot for the Tower of London after booking. Due to high demand and limited availability, especially during peak times, we recommend retrieving your booking and selecting your time slot as soon as possible via the Big Bus APP or Webiste. Alternatively, you can book your time slot with a member of the Big Bus team on the day. Once you have selected your time slot through the Big Bus Manage My Booking portal, you can download your ticket and head straight to the Tower of London, St Katharine's & Wapping, London EC3N 4AB.
