Forced to buy and pay for insurance before riding

The go-kart tour itself was great, and driving through Tokyo was an unforgettable experience. Unfortunately, the owner’s behaviour left a bad impression. He was rude and pressured all three of us into purchasing additional insurance that we did not want. Although he claimed it wasn’t compulsory, he made it clear that we couldn’t proceed without paying for it, so we felt we had no real choice. We all ended up paying because of this pressure. Optional extras should remain optional, and customers should never feel forced into buying them. Better transparency and customer service would have made this an excellent experience.

Super fun tour

Our time with “Sam” from the Akihabara location was so much fun! It was just a group of three which included “Sam” my son and I. The two hour tour around Tokyo was super fun! Looking forward to bring back our whole family again to ride! 🏎️💨 🏎️💨 🇯🇵
