Fun and thrills with the family

This lived up our high expectations with Bryan being a great host and guide. The karts were in good condition and we were surprised by how fast we went across the bridges and around the sea port area. Tokyo Tower was a real highlight and we all would give it 5 stars.

Honest Abe.....

Got there did the safety instructions and operations of the cart first, had a great time, I suggest going at 7pm, nightime is the best with less traffic all the Tokyo lights, bridge crossings were awesome, carts do like 40 , 45 MPH max, bring tour chest mounted camera, no selfie sticks or phones allowed, hold the steering wheel tight, brakes are a little iffy, but have fun stay close to the group and your good to go. Can't believe its legal in Tokyo, so go while it still is. Dennis & Melanie, TPA, FL, USA

What A Ride!

A nice small group of 6 karts, led by a great guide. Good pre-drive instructions and safety video, clearly explaining how the karts worked and how to drive on the roads, followed by a 2-hour tour around the streets around Tokyo.  Our tour started just after dark, so we got to see a lot of the city’s landscapes and landmarks (like the Tokyo Tower) lit up, which we’d otherwise have missed.  In all it was a fantastic experience, and one of the key memories from our 4-week driving trip around Japan.  I’d strongly recommend this experience if you like to drive karts and want a unique experience.  There are also plenty of animal and cartoon character outfits to dress up in, so you can get into the spirit before the drive. They also keep you nice and warm at night! For those not so confident on the road, this may be daunting, especially at night, as you’re low down on the road, and they are very bumpy in these karts, so wouldn’t recommend if you have lower back issues. I’d also strongly recommend wearing the safety glasses available as the karts in front do throw up a lot of dirt from the roads!!

Awesome even in the rain

My husband booked this for us after hearing rave reviews. The adventure really was fun — the carts are easy to drive and it was a great way to see parts of Tokyo that we wouldn’t have otherwise. The only downside was when we got caught in a thunderstorm on our way back. It poured rain for the last 30 minutes, flooded the roads and made us soaking wet and chattering until we got back to our hotel. Still worth it!
