Great trip.
Chen is the best guide I've ever seen! Not only does he know the history of the White House, the Capitol and other sites well enough to explain the funny and vivid, but he also carefully arranges the best tour route to avoid peak queues. Even more surprising was the fact that he led us to the small group of photo-punching spots known to locals. The whole trip was professional and gracious, making my trip to Washington particularly memorable and highly recommended!

Aweful and disappointing experience
I booked and paid money for this tour, including additional money for the excursions. I thought this is a group tour just like many of the other viator tours. But when I went to the pick up spot in Parsippany, NJ for the tour at 8:30 am , found out I was the only person on the tour and the tour operator showed up in a Honda Van and told me he would drive me to Cornell and couple other spots. I told him I was expecting a group tour and didn't feel comfortable riding alone with a stranger and so would want to cancel and get a refund. They refused a refund and when I called the tour operator number, they were super rude to me. They should have told me that I was the only person on the tour riding alone with the tour operator from 8:30 am till 3:30 pm with stops in between. I called viator customer service and they promised to take care of this within the day. But sent an email later saying they will NOT refund. I will not trust this company and its tour operators and would recommend people to be very careful. Also, the people operating the tour cant even communicate clearly in English and clearly they dont care about their customers

Thousand island tour
Had a great time on the tour. The tour guide Peng Peng was great, very attentive. This is our 5th trip with Jupiter tours. It’s always nicely organized if you are ok with the group activities.
