Super tour, super Jeffrey and Coco!
Fantastic experience! Jeffrey was super, very kind, always ready to satisfy our requests! We sai a lot of things...no possibile without Jeffrey and Coco. Co was so nice too...very hospital and preparerà. The other guests were very nice, it was a very beatiful group and though there was one kid with us, everithing was just nice. The ride for New York was a little heavy for the Easter traffico but was beautiful to spend time with so nice group. I highly recomen this tour and Jeffrey and Coco as guide. Well dove! Thank you very much!
A well-used day
A very well-regarded city tour, with many stops to visit the top in Manhattan, including boat trip down the Hudson River to the Statue of Liberty. At the end you have the feeling that you have seen everything. I have to especially value our driver and guide Jeffrey, very friendly and willing to meet all our needs, even offering to take us to points that interested us even if they were not within the planned. Never impatient and always trying to communicate despite my bad English. A person's pleasure, worth repeating. Very comfortable and clean vehicle and smooth driving amazed me its ability to always park so close to points of interest at each stop.
Great time highly recommend
Had a really great day Jeffrey and Chloe couldn't do enough to make our trip special. We're saw tonnes of famous sites and learnt a great deal during our time.
Opinión del tour a Nueva York
Unfortunately, our experience was not satisfactory. We are from Colombia, and when booking the tour we expected to have a Spanish-speaking guide. However, the guide only spoke English and his native Asian language. We had to settle for understanding only what we could in English. The ferry to the Statue of Liberty had an additional cost of USD 107 per person, which was not included initially. The experience did not meet our expectations, as you do not get off on the island nor spend much time close to the statue; the ride is very quick and the view is not as close as expected. When we expressed our disappointment to both the driver (Leo Liu) and the guide, we felt an indifferent and unempathetic attitude. Throughout the tour, everything felt rushed. In Wall Street, for example, we were not allowed to quickly enter a store to buy gloves despite the extreme cold. In the area of the LV Hotel and Trump Tower, the guide hurried the group because he needed to use the restroom, which limited the time to take photos. At Rockefeller Center, we were given only 20 minutes of break, and for arriving just 3 minutes late we received repeated calls and messages. The guide’s treatment felt rude and stressful, with constant calls and pressure about time, even when we were already heading to the meeting point. At Times Square, which was the final stop, we arrived around 3:00 p.m., when many screens were not even turned on, and we were given only 40 minutes, which is not enough to truly enjoy such an important place as a tourist. In our opinion, Times Square should be visited at night, and with much more time. We believe a tour guide should be more kind, patient, and empathetic, as they represent the image of the country and create lasting memories for visitors. The driver was acceptable, but the overall tour experience did not meet our expectations. We would not recommend this tour to tourists.
I was mistaken. It was not in the information of the tour that the guide would be paid the part and in the end was charged another 75,00 dollars. Qu
At the end of the trip we were told we needed to give another $75.00 for the tour guide service. It was embarrassing, because that was not stated in the script, on the contrary, it said that the guide and transfer service from Boston to New York and New York to Boston was included in the purchased package. I feel wrong. I want compensation for this extra amount paid. We were forced to pay in New York. It was awful. My assessment of this trip was bad. Everyone wanted to get into Central Park and they didn't let us. The tour was to see the Trump building. That's not what we expected. We left the tour disappointed, exploited and disenchanted with what we were shown in a hurry.
