In Tanah Lot, can see a temple called Pura Tanah Lot right on the rock island in the middle of the sea. This pura was a place to pray for Dang Hyang Nirartha, who spread Hinduism in Bali.

Blissful Taman Ayub and gorgeous Tanah Lot
We had incredible afternoon and evening visiting Taman Ayub and Tanah Lot with Yudi, an expert guide, who was just incredibly thoughtful and committed to us having a memorable experience. While Tanah Lot is perhaps much more popular destination amongst tourists, Taman Ayun is a hidden gem. Extremely aesthetic and very well, preserved architecture that is embedded within an incredibly beautiful landscape. It should be saved over a few hours. It’s also perfect to just sit and meditate and become one with the surroundings. We were taken just time for the sunset at Tanah Lot. The large number of tourists clearly underscores the popularity of this destination.
