One time is enough

The whirlpools were not working inside. Not what I expected at all. I thought it would be somewhat therapeutic. Not at all. We are in our 70s so may be better for younger people

Fabulous Day at the thermal Spa

Fabulous day out, my sister and I arrived at 11am no queue, we departed at 5.30pm We had a locker and I did take my handbag and just placed it on the glass cabinets or hanging rails near where we was using each spa. We are in the restaurant and sat outside. It was a lovely experience.

Terrible policy and sauna regulation by the facility. WORST public sauna and thermal bath place EVER I've been too.

Terrible policy and sauna regulation by the facility. WORST public sauna and thermal bath place EVER I've been too. I've been to a lot of sauna's and relaxing places, this place is everything but a place to chill. Next to that, the facilities are awful in terms of hygiëne and service. I name a few: - NOBODY was using a towel whilst it was obligated. Not a single staff worker walking around was even attempting to regulate this - it had signs with 'please silence' everywhere, but nobody was respecting this, even not inside sauna's. Terrible. It was extremely loud and people shouting all over the place everywhere - unfriendly staff that has no idea where to guide people (nobody knows where to get fresh water) - there is no clean water to drink, all taps are calcificated so much, even around the pools and inside the beautiful decorated pools, everything is extremely calcificated and dirty. - All sauna's where not at all temperature regulated. Sauna's of 50-55° where 75° inside, none of them where kept at temperature. - all sauna's where extremely humid. They're supposed to be dry. - in a big sink where you grab ice, staff workers allowed visitors to store and cool big pepsi bottles into. You are supposed to grab this ice for cooling the body, not as a freezer for random drinks/alcohol... - salt inhalation chambers, aroma sauna's, ... None of the special sauna's where different from others. I can go on with things I noticed. But this is far below average. And its extremely overpriced. 40€ for this is a scam for my money.

Very crowded and it’s...

Very crowded and it’s hard to get a place to sit. It was fun people watching though. The pools did feel good.
