Dayspalm in szenchyi

It’s not clear when you book- this is an area where you can relax indoors with a small group ( there were about 10 other people there). There is no private pool for this area. You still use the same public like pools. Included is a robe ( we didn’t need on 100 degree days), flip flops and towels and a private changing booth and locker. Our dayspalm included a fruit bowl, cocktail, hot tea and unlimited water per person.

Over priced, disappointing.

We paid $280 for two people for what the sticker price at the venue was about $220 and included a massage. One of the main outdoor pools was closed, so overall pretty crowded, mostly tourists. They did not have a bath robe large enough for me. Changing room and special area noting to write home about.

Average at best for the price

I have been to the spa before so knew what to expect and there have been some upgrades since the last time we went like the palm room and the changing rooms. We went on a Sunday morning so it was very busy because when we tried to book there was no availability for 7 of us for massages and spa. It was £110 for day spa plus a massage and £94 for a day ticket with the palm room and drinks. The spa area was really busy and it was so cold once we'd been in the outside spa once it was unbearable to go back outside. I appreciate they cant change the weather and its nov but the gowns didnt keep you warm at all. Inside was very crowded and its dated and smells a bit. Not as relaxing as I remember. The palm spa area is nice, but there wasnt really enough seating, everyone was fighting for enough chairs to sit on and the fruit bowls were prepacked and delivered from outside. I ordered a ceasar salad and there was a 25 mins wait - this was advised, but when it arrived it was also like a prepacked salad in a plastic bowl. Bit disappointing for the money really as I was only £10 cheaper than the private spas and we had no treatment included. I think it was a lot of money for what we got really. We spent most of the day in the spa area rather than the pools. Once we go out we didnt go back down again. The staff were all pleasant and helpful though.

Absolutely disgusting place. Very unhygienic.

We booked a spa experience and paid £117.00 per person. The baths are run down and unhygienic. The smell as you are walking through the inside baths is terrible. The spa area was nothing special. It’s advertised as a relaxing experience with a fruit bowl on arrival with cocktails. I’ve had better fruit bowls with a meal deal. Not worth the money. Make sure you keep your band until you exit. We misplaced one of ours and they wouldn’t let me leave until I paid 5euros for another one. Would not recommend this plave.

Not really worth the upcharge

Although it was nice to have a spacious area to lounge as well as a robe, towel and flip flops, it seems passes to the Palm House were oversold because there were not enough seats when we went to enjoy our cocktail around 1:30 pm. There were no shower facilities in the Palm House which would have been nice, and we were totally confused about where to leave our towels/robes at the end of the day, and chastised for bringing them back to the Palm House after visiting every floor looking for bins which we never found. The baths were amazing albeit a bit crowded as we visited on a Saturday.
