Good to know
- Please arrive 15 minutes before your ticketed time slot, as the Tour will start promptly at the designated time.
- Wear comfortable shoes. Stiletto heels, steel toe boots, sports cleats and other footwear that can damage mirrored flooring are not permitted.
- Dress appropriately to avoid unwanted exposure on glass and mirrored floors. We recommend wearing pants, shorts or tights when possible.
- Outside food and beverage, smoking or e-cigarettes, large packages, suitcases, or weapons of any kind will not be permitted beyond the security checkpoint.
- Children age 5 and under are free with accompanying paid adult

Emmanuel S. made our visit to SUMMIT One Vanderbilt truly unforgettable. I brought my daughter to celebrate her 16th birthday, and Emmanuel went above and beyond to make the day special from start to finish. He was professional, friendly, and incredibly attentive throughout our visit. What stood out most was how much effort he put into helping us capture the moment—he took so many amazing photos and always made sure we had the best spots and angles. He even helped create space so we could get incredible pictures without the crowds. More importantly, he made the entire visit feel smooth, fun, and memorable. He played a huge part in making the day feel extra special for both of us. You can tell he genuinely cares about the guests and takes real pride in what he does.
