Unfortunately not a good experience

For the cheaper option is better to buy the tickets there on that moment. If translation needed, the museums have it.

Ellis island Statue of Liberty tour

The boat was on time and despite the rain we saw both locations. The Ellis Island Immigration museum is awesome and well worth several hours we spent there. The audio guides free at the museum were much better than the Amigos audio guide so I would not spend the money for that service.

Incredible!! It is a must-see when visiting New York; I recommend the guide Daniel, who knows the secret spots for great photos and the tricks to get there early.

We were traveling with an...

We were traveling with an infant and stroller through NYC subways. I texted the main number that we were running 5 minutes behind and walking to the meetup spot, but no one replied. I tried calling both numbers provided and no one answered. Do not recommend for families with children.
