Excellent communication, knowledgeable

I appreciated the excellent communication from Crown Tours leading up to the date and time of our tour. It was easy to find the meeting point and check in was smooth. (That’s not my experience with some other tour operators!) Yvonne, our guide, was knowledgeable and expertly led us through the throngs of people. I learned so much from her about the Vatican, the museum, the artists, the Sistine chapel, and the basilica from her. I highly recommend Crown Tours and Yvonne.
