Authentic Roman food made easy!

Took this class while visiting Rome for our honeymoon and we absolutely loved it! Our host, Alessandro, taught us a lot about making pizza dough, gelato, and supplí. Not only that, but he taught us why each step and ingredient was important. Learning the “why” behind everything was one of the best parts. And we got to eat everything after!! The place was easy to find, and the cooking room was modern and clean. At the end we got certificates and a small recipe book so we could re-create the food at home! Fabulous experience, absolutely recommend.

We had the best time making pizza and gelato! We almost cancelled thinking we didn’t have time to get to port for our cruise and am so so happy we went. Highly recommend!
