Excellent half-day tour near Da Nang

I can highly recommend this tour. I booked the tour through booking.com and I specifically wanted to visit places on the Son Tra Peninsula north of Da Nang. My tour guide, Duyên (aka, Miss Banana) met me promptly at 8:00 am in my hotel lobby to start the tour. A comfortable van was ably driven by Mr. Bao throughout the morning tour. Duyên is enthusiastic and fun and she clearly loves showing visitors the special places in the Da Nang area. Her English is good, too. We visited "Monkey Mountain" and saw many macaques and their babies on the drive into the mountains of Son Tra Peninsula. We also saw the radar installations ( former U S. and current Vietnamese) as well as the old U S. helicopter base. The views toward the city and the beach were outstanding. Miss Duyên also took me to Bàn Cò, the high point on the peninsula, and the impressive Linh Úng pagoda and the "Lady Buddha" statue. All stops on this tour were worthwhile. We returned to my hotel in the late morning. During the tour, Duyên explained the various sites' significance and role in Vietnamese folklore, beliefs, and history. She answered all of my many questions - always with a smile. Her friendliness and enthusiasm were appreciated and I would not hesitate to recommend this tour to a Da Nang visitor. And I hope you get Duyên as your tour guide!

Great experience in Danang!

The experience of touring the Songcha Peninsula was very good. I also enjoyed the local atmosphere and nature and the scenery. It is also convenient with transfer from the hotel in Da Nang. Our guide Thanh was also very friendly and helpful! I recommend it.
