Wonderful experience! Van was cheerful, knowledgeable, and kept the tour fun from start to finish. She made sure everyone in the group felt included and well taken care of. The small group setup made the tour more organized, efficient, and enjoyable. The van was clean and comfortable, and we were given two bottles of cold water plus chilled wet wipes, which were a thoughtful touch and kept us feeling refreshed throughout the day.

I would say the experience was amazing and we truly enjoyed every moment of the trip. It was our first time visiting Hue with our group of friends, and thanks to our tour guide, we learned so much about the city’s history, culture, and heritage. She was incredibly accommodating, friendly, and knowledgeable, and her English was excellent, making everything easy to understand and enjoyable. We sincerely hope to visit Vietnam again in the future, and when we do, we would love to have her as our tour guide once more.
