- IMPORTANT - Participants who are 60 years of age and older must have their doctor sign the approval form in order to participate
- All participant's height, weight and age information must be provided to local operator to ensure they bring the best fitting drysuit. The tour operator will contact you after booking to ask for this information.
- All participants will need to fill out a medical form before participating in the tour. The form can be filled out online
- Drysuits are worn over your own clothing. We recommend wearing long thermal underwear and thick wool socks as a base layer under the dry suit
- Minimum height is 4ft 11in (150cm). Minimum weight is 100lbs (45kg).
- Maximum height and weight is 6ft7in (200cm) and 264lbs (120kg).
- Participants must be comfortable in water and able to swim, physically fit and healthy
- Please note that that dry suits can sometimes feel quite tight and constricting
- All participants must be able to communicate in English
- Not suitable for pregnant women
- All participants must be at least 12 years old

Dishonesty
The team you meet with is great and lovely people. The people I spoke to on the phone were polite. However, my wife’s suit leaked all over her and we had to return to town wet. Also, due to a misunderstanding about age, 2 members of our group weren’t able to go. No big deal, the staff the day before told me that they would alter the group number. Then the day off and after the event, they emailed me and changed their mind and wouldn’t refund me, claiming their policy won’t allow it. The truth, they blamed Viator, then Viator blamed them. It’s not worth fighting but the dishonesty bothers me. Tell me you won’t refund me before I come, don’t hide behind an email and a policy. They could have refunded us if they wanted. This was my second time, there is 30-40 people in a group that comes every other year that I am a part of and they will not be using dive in the future. I am not saying don’t use them, I am giving an honest review.
