- Wear a swimsuit under the provided dry suit
- Bring a towel and a change of clothes for after the tour
- Ensure you have a valid passport for identification

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
Good to know
- All participants will need to fill out a medical form before participating in the tour. Please contact local operator in order to request the form via email.
- All participant's height, weight and age information must be provided to local operator to ensure they bring the best fitting drysuit. The tour operator will contact you after booking to ask for this information.
- Participants must be at least 12 years of age
- Dry suits are worn over your own clothing. We recommend wearing long thermal underwear and thick wool socks as a base layer under the dry suit
- Minimum height is 4ft 11in (150cm). Minimum weight is 100lbs (45kg).
- Maximum height and weight is 6ft7in (200cm) and 264lbs (120kg).
- Participants must be comfortable in water and able to swim, physically fit and healthy
- Please note that that dry suits can sometimes feel quite tight and constricting
- All participants must be able to communicate in English
- Not suitable for pregnant women
- IMPORTANT - Participants who are 60 years of age and older must have their doctor sign the approval form in order to participate
- Pickup starts 30 minutes before scheduled departure, please be ready and visible at your designated pickup location

A little bit of cold for a once-in-a-lifetime snorkel/dive
Friendly and patient DIVE.IS crew/staff/guide/drivers. They know everything like the back of their hand, and they come ready to equip you with everything you need to get in the water. Hot chocolate and cookies to round it off at the end. Tip: Make sure to use the restroom BEFORE you put on your dry suit, since putting on and taking off the gear is like prepping for a moon walk (bulky and tight!) and requires help. Also your guide will take some photos throughout, and you’ll have the option to purchase them.
Gotta do this
This is a very unique experience. Initially a little chaotic with multipke people at various stages of check in. Go with the flow snd when you connect with your guide use him/her in dessing. Personally, I think some snorkeling experience is best.
Great experience
Unreal experience. I wouldn't advise anyone with new or sensitive ear piercings to go as the hood is very tight and can irritate you ears. Staff are so friendly and helpful
A bucket list experience but not for the faint of heart
Our guide Isabella was so fun and we could tell that she really knew what she was doing. The atmosphere was fun and lively, but since it does require some safety precautions it is not something I'd recommend for people with claustrophobia or those fearful of the ocean. We felt completely safe with our guide and it was exhilarating to have this once-in-a-lifetime experience!
