  • Wear flat closed footwear, Do not wear no long flowy skirts or dress.

Shortened Ride and Pushy Insurance Upsell

Very disappointing experience. We booked for 8 pm but didn't leave until around 8:15 and were back before 9. Not even close to the full ride time we paid for. On top of that, we felt pushed into buying add-on insurance after being warned of a $300 charge for even a tiny scratch. Between the shortened ride and the pressure, it just wasn't worth it.
