Slow but sure
Driver was skilled in the NYC traffic. Other passengers so it took a while because we were the last stop. Lots of traffic but we got off in front of our destination so it was worthwhile. We were not in any rush
Over 2 hour shuttle time
I pre paid for a one way shuttle for a 5:45pm pickup, when I arrived at the designated pickup location I called to let them know I had arrived at 5:30 15 minutes early with patience. They told me that a driver would be on the way. After seeing a shuttle with their logo on it at 6 pm. I went outside to talk to the driver and he was very very very rude. I only asked if this was my shuttle and he was very dismissive wouldn't even try to assist me told me he was picking up a group and that was it. I called the number again which was 30 minutes later 6 pm and after a 10 minute phone wait someone picked up and told me that it would be another 45 minutes before pick up arrived. I had to wait over a hour for pickup and because the traffic was so bad the total fiasco took over two hours to arrive at my hotel in Manhattan. But I shall commend the driver when he arrived was very apologetic and nice. He was an African American young man.
