Transport Made Simple
We were guided at each step. Communicated via text to find where to meet our driver. Price was far less than Uber or taxi.
Meeting point not known or seen
We never found the location that the car hire mentioned. We tried reaching out several times. Even airport staff could not find the appointed location. We had 4 pieces of luggage and my husband walked with a cane. If the service had not been curbside, then it did not work for us. We would like our money back. We secured other curb side transportion
Easy and affordable
The wait for your driver may be a little long. That’s a disadvantage, and of course they drop everyone off at their specific destination, which is a real plus for everyone, but takes a little longer. But it’s all worth it. It’s so much more affordable than taking a taxi or a rideshare.
A very pleasant ride to Manhattan
It was our best experience with airport transport from JFK to the Marriott Marquis Times Square. There was a greeter that met us at baggage carousel 12, and escorted us to a private SUV for my family of 4. Our driver Roberson we learned was a chef who had worked with Emeril Lagasi (saw photos) and he shared several recipes on Haitian dishes that sounded amazing. The drive was very pleasant and Roberson got us to Marriott in no time. Highly recommend him.
Reliable Transport
We were met at the baggage carousel by a nice man with a sign bearing our names. He led us through the airport maze to our driver. Our driver, Ibirihima, was polite, friendly and handled the traffic like a pro.
