The vouchers for the Pantheon ticket & audio guide and St. Peter's Basilica Ticket will be sent to you via email / message (Viator chat / Whatsapp) one day before the date you booked.
Tickets for the Pantheon can be collected at Via dei Bergamaschi 49 at OhMyGuide - Roma Museum Store. We kindly ask you to arrive 30 minutes before the booking time to collect your audio guide.
To collect the audioguide at the Pantheon, you must provide an official ID (ID card, driver's license, passport). Photocopies or images on mobile devices will not be accepted.
At St. Peter's Basilica, showing the voucher/Ticket form we send is obligatory.
The line can be 10/60 minutes long to enter the Basilica.
In case of extraordinary events/closures of the Pantheon or St. Peter's Basilica, we will issue a partial refund.
