Feeling Duped by Double- Dipping Tours

The ABSOLUTE WORST!!!! They combined to tours into 2 to make the tour happen!! Our $440 tour was combined with a $120 tour. The operator was nice but language was based more on speaking in an Asian language. We were not being taken to scheduled places. We had to stop our tour- the ONE FULL day we had in Seattle!! Still waiting for reimbursement. Just such a shame!!

Busy full day tour!

Jennifer was great! She had a challenge today doing a bi lingual tour, a guest with some mobillity issues, and navigating a city over run with world cup and cruise ship tourists. We really appreciateed it when she was able to accomdate us and make adjustments when the line at the space needle ended up taking over 90 minutes! The tour itself was a good flavor of the city and we know now where we would want to spend more time, next time. Thank you Jennifer 🐻‍❄️💖
