- Minimum age for participation is 6 years old
- Not recommended for non-swimmers or those with limited mobility
- Tour operates rain or shine; cancellations due to weather are rare

- Bring a swimsuit, towel, and biodegradable sunscreen
- Wear comfortable water shoes or sandals
- Consider bringing a waterproof camera to capture memories

- The given times are START TIMES for the activity. You will get a personal pick up time from your hotel.

An amazing time with the sea turtles and a great tour of the cenote!
Emmanuel and Raffa (driver and photographer) were amazing. The pick up and drop off were right on time. The pictures turned out beautiful and Emmanuel’s leading and his knowledge were excellent.

The experience was amazing from start to finish. Pickup from the resort was smooth and the ride was engaging with our tour guide Ruben. He was super cool and made good conversation to make the ride feel super quick. We were able to see all the beautiful animals while snorkeling and Ruben helped point them all out to make sure we didn’t miss it. The cenotes were absolutely beautiful and the pictures taken by Laura were perfect. She had us do cool and fun poses to make the most of our memories and enjoy looking back on. 10/10 would recommend, we loved Ruben and Laura!! We will definitely be coming back soon!
BEST PART OF THE VACATION
This excursion was the highlight of the trip for our family of 4 (kids: 12 & 14.) We stayed in Playa del Carmen and were the first ones picked up; around 7:45am. We stopped at 2 more hotels to complete our group before heading to the Akumal Beach area. The travel to and from was perfect - nice air conditioning and comfortable. There were only 10 guests in our group so it didn't feel too crammed in the van. Our guide Phila was very informative and went out of our her way to show unique birds and plants to the kids. And our photographer, Tony, was AMAZING. His photos were so good - I really wish someone would have told me to put down my phone and just enjoy the moments with the turtles & cenote b/c Tony's photos were FAR superior to my own. Ha. And very reasonably priced ($80 for like 150+ images!!) We were back at the resort by 3:30p. We would definitely do this excursion or another excursion with Ocean Tours again!

We really enjoyed this tour. The pick up and drop off is on time. The staffs are friendly. The tour guide, Gabby is knowledge and funny. The photographer is professional and took some fantastic photo although we didn't buy it but they are not pushy for it. We've got to see many turtles and enjoyed our time in the Cenote. The trip doesn't waste any of time and have you to see what you are looking for. Will definitely recommend this tour. I would also recommend to tip the staffs as they worked so hard to make us feel amzing.
