- Tour operates rain or shine; cancellations due to weather are rare

- The use of sunscreen is not allowed before water activities, you can use long sleeves water shirts
- Not recommended for participants who do not have basic swimming skills (for aquatic activities)
- The given times are START TIMES for the activity. You will get a personal pick up time from your hotel.

Okay if there had not been a screaming 3-4 year old in the group.
There should be an older minimum age. We had a screaming 3-4 year old. The parents tried to get a snorkel on a 3-4 year old in the ocean with salt water. Then they tried to get the same kid in a cave! This was terrible for everyone else. You should not allow such young children to ruin the trip for the rest of the participants. Minimum age should be 7 or 8!!

The tour guide was very good. They were friendly and easy to talk to. They also made sure everyone was comfortable and had a good time. I enjoyed the tour and would recommend this guide to others.
WOW BEST DAY TOUR!
WOW! What an amazing experience. I was msg via WhatsApp to enquire and everything was so easy. On the day Andreas our guide msgd me 5 mins before pick up and we were lucky enough to spend the day with him and our driver Aldo. Two of the most lovely people I met in Mexico. Andreas’s was extremely knowledgeable and made the tour one filled with a lot of laughs and provided us with great information. Lunch was also lovely. I would highly recommend this tour to others. Thank you Andreas and Aldo for the best day out.

Great experience! One thing to note with this Is you are swimming in the ocean for an hour so be prepared. Only bring small children if they are comfortable with swimming in the ocean. The tour guides are amazing!
