Itinerary
Boat Ride: Enjoy a scenic boat ride to whale shark hotspots. Whale Shark Snorkeling: Swim alongside these gentle giants in their natural habitat. Marine Life: Look for dolphins, turtles and manta rays. Encounter vibrant coral reefs and colorful fish while snorkeling at the reef. Expert Guides: Learn from our knowledgeable guides who ensure your safety.
On our last stop, we'll anchor in front of the world-famous Playa Norte beach from Isla Mujeres. This idyllic spot is renowned for its soft white sands, crystal-clear turquoise waters, and vibrant atmosphere. We'll share a typical Caribbean lunch featuring delicious ceviche, creamy guacamole, and crunchy totopos. Afterward, celebrate the day by wading in the shallow, warm waters or simply relax and soak up the sun on the pristine beach.

The best experience ever with Xenia and Arthur
I took some time to write this review because I couldn’t find the words to describe this experience. Well, I still can't find them, but I owed them. When I made the decision to go on this excursion, I was very afraid as I had everything against it: fear of the sea, I can’t swim and I couldn’t get much exposure to the sun. I’ve always thought that what’s valuable about a company or company is human capital and without a doubt, Ocean tours has it. The guides Xenia and Arturo were excellent hosts and their company, advice and joy made this experience one of the best of my life. Xenia was incredibly friendly and patient since we were picked up and Arturo, uff, had an overflowing energy that I couldn't say no to anything. I want to thank you because without your passion for doing what you do, I would not have managed to jump into the water and swim with this incredible animal in the vast ocean. Thank you for making this experience amazing.
Straight up MAGICAL!
We got lucky and had the most INCREDIBLE day! It’s easy to say trust the tour when we were the lucky ones to see what we saw. Vanessa is an incredible guide (I do hope my memory isn’t failing me, but she’s Portuguese, and she’s a naturalist BEAST!). Her passion for the rules and care of the animals was unparalleled, for which I’m thankful. The swim and the whole experience was just magical. We got so lucky and had a few whale sharks, and just a little boats. We got multiple swims, incredible pictures (yes, it was a worth it add on!), and the most amazing team. We were so happy with our full experience. My husband and I went back to the hotel so happy we couldn’t even. Strongly recommend if you set your expectations straight
Amazing bucket list experience for the whole family.
Amazing from start to finish. The guide, Alexandra, was a free dive teacher and was just brilliant. He made sure we all had the best experience possible. The memories will last forever and a real once in a lifetime experience. Worth every penny, including the video and photos.
A must-do in Cancun
I had a truly wonderful day with the whale sharks. There were plenty of whale sharks, and there were lots of opportunities to take photos and snorkel with them. A truly unique experience! I highly recommend it if you're in Cancun.
What an experience
We went on this tour as a once in a lifetime event and wow what an experience from the moment Vanessa collected from the hotel to how she explained the whole excursion without being overwhelmed. She had great knowledge regarding the whale shark ans how everything would go once our time to jump. The captain was excellent at getting us lined up and ready to jump with the crew member who stayed at my side as I was originally nervous until I jumped and then it was just magical. Cannot recommend this trip enough and if you’re lucky enough to have Vanessa and the captain and other crew member you’ve hit gold.
