Perfect Organization and an Exceptional Guide!

We highly recommend this experience! Everything was perfectly organized from start to finish. Our guide came to pick us up directly at the bus stop, ensuring a smooth transition to the start of our trip. Highlights of the Experience: • Logistics and Safety: The team demonstrated great professionalism. The motorcycle drivers were extremely careful and experienced, allowing us to enjoy the journey without any worries. No scares whatsoever! • Accommodation: The place where we spent the night was very simple but very pleasant and welcoming, offering a comfortable and authentic stay. • Cuisine: The meals were a real treat! Whether it was the dishes served at the restaurant or those prepared by our host, everything was delicious. • Itinerary and Guidance: The selection of different viewpoints was excellent and very relevant. Our guide enhanced the visit with interesting and well-chosen commentary at every stage. The return journey to the bus for the ride back to Hanoi was just as impeccable. A huge thank you for this wonderful and memorable adventure!

Cool alternative to trekking Sa Pa

This is a good alternative to hiking/trekking and I felt you get to see more of the valley with motorbike. The tour was well organized. We had a very comfortable overnight sleeper bus from Hanoi to Sapa and arrived very early to Sapa at 4:40am. We did have to wait over 3 hours in the wee hours before our guide, Kue, met us at the hotel at 8am. It was just myself and my daughter. My daughter rode with Kue and I rode with her partner and husband, Vang. We had beautiful weather first day and got to explore waterfalls and Sapa valley before we were dropped off at our “homestay” around 2pm in Lao Cai. I’m glad we had ample free time in Lao Cai to explore; it’s a nice, scenic little town. We upgraded to private room rather than dormitory. The homestay was very nice and more boutique cottages/bungalows than someone’s house. There’s no A/C, just a fan, so it was a little hot in our room. We had lots of rain on second day so had to modify and shorten the itinerary a bit but it was kinda cool riding in the rain with our raincoats. We got dropped off back in Sapa at 11am. Kue and Vang were both great drivers and navigated the rough, unpaved and hilly roads expertly. Although we didn’t hike this was still a physically taxing activity because of the rough and bumpy roads. September is great time to visit Sapa because it is harvest season. We spoke mostly in Vietnamese but Kue’s English is quite good. The bus ride back to Hanoi left 3:30pm and was also comfortable sleeper bus, albeit not as modern and nice as the overnight one earlier. The food served was also delicious but I will say it felt a little lacking in variety; we had same sautéed chicken lemongrass dish 3 times! Overall, an excellent tour and highly recommend it.

Wonderful time

I was really wowed by how magical and beautiful the villages and mountains were. The food was wholesome and yummy. Su was so kindly patient in bringing us around as one of us had knee trouble and our family liked to stop to shop and take pictures. He was very informative and joyful, making it a fun chill experience. Tips: prepare for stairs and chilly weather, and good camera for panoramic views
