Is one of the most important prehistoric settlements in Aegean. The first inhabitants at the sites dates from the late Neolithic times at least at the 4th millennium BCE. The town’s life came to an abrupt end in the last quarter of the 17th century BCE when an eruption covered the city with volcanic materials.
Kamari Beach is one of the most popular and most visited beach resorts in Santorini. The beach is composed of black volcanic sand and is 5 kilometers long, among the 3 longest beaches in Santorini, with deep crystalline waters and a series of trees.

Beautiful sunset!
We had a wonderful day with our guide, Angie, and driver, Dimitri. We were able to see the highlights of Santorini as well as taste the local flavors in a local cafe overlooking the caldera in Oia. We chose to view the sunset from Fira as it is less crowded but just as stunning! Thank you for beautiful memories!
