Pass by: Early in the Morning your guide will pick you from your accommodation on a confortable vehicle and will drive you up north, crossing the boarder and entering Spain on the way to Santiago de Compostela. During this journey, the guide will give you insights and information regarding the North of Portugal, the Spanish region of Galicia, Santiago de Compostela, St.James and about the path of Saint James.

Arriving to Santiago 2h30m after leaving Porto, the guide will show you the historical center of Santiago and take you to the entrance of Santiago Cathedral. Then you will have free time to visit the inside of the cathedral on your own and to attend to a mass or check the "Botafumeiro" celebration.

On the historical centre of Santiago, on a traditional tapas restaurant a full gastronomic experience will be served! Including multiple Spanish tapas and drinks you will be able to try some of the local special dishes.

On the way to Portugal, before the return to Porto, we will do one stop at the boarder, at Valença do Minho. An historical village in Portugal, famous by its fortness "Vauban" style! It has many local shops where you will be able to check and buy some local art and crafts.

The guide Mario Pinto was very fun and attentive! He asked if we had arrived on time to attend the Mass in Santiago de Compostela. The van was super comfortable and his tips in Santiago de Compostela were great too! On the way he also explained very well about Valença do Minho and was super kind giving us other tips of Porto! Great Cost benefit for those who want to make a hit and back
