Not a legitimate tour or company

I actually would not recommend this tour or company with anyone, as I do not believe it is a reputable company. I had travel issues with my airline where I would have to miss my booked tour. I emailed, called, and messaged this company through Viator to notify them way ahead of the 24 hour deadline. They waited until the 24 hour mark had passed to instruct me that I needed to cancel it myself through the app and that there was nothing that they could do about giving me a refund. I even notified them during their business hours so I suspect that they intentionally waited for the deadline to pass. Meanwhile, when I contacted Viator about this, Viator told me that this tour company opted not to issue a refund. I would avoid this tour company. It will save you a lot of money and time.

Great experience

Difficult to find the tickets and tour operator. She waited for our group and was extremely pleasant and informative.

Hard to find Viator reservations and poor connections between tours

We did the combination tour starting at park Guell, when done with the first part, there wax’s NO TRANSPORTATION to the church tour. Walking was only way without getting a taxi for more money . Then at church tour had to check in AGAIN . There was much confusion as to our reservations and they were very confused, aviator seems to be an afterthought with local tour group who actually does the work. Be careful and be early,,,,,

Terrible service and scam

I turned up on the day at the starting point and we were told that the activity did not exist and as such was not happening. I have now had an email say I will not be refunded. Do not use Viator as it is a total scam! After waking up early and travelling for an hour, it was very disappointing and frustrating to be told nothing was going to happen.
