Do you buy here! Buy direct from museum.

Horrible, when we got to the museum we were told we had to travel to a separate location 30 minutes away to pick up the tickets. They than told us that the last showing was at noon and we where unable to get it. This was not stated, they change in hours so we miss getting to tour the museum before the game. Been trying to get in touch for refund and unable to speak with anyone. Basically feel like $150 was just stolen. Would not recommend

Disaster at camp nou

Such underwhelming experience. After a long wait we were herded like cattle into a dark room with video highlights and display of history and we were asked to leave without visiting the ground. Terrible experience and total money loss.

Poor experience and very expensive

I would recommend against spending any money here. The museum was ok but very busy. Everything in this place is about making money. There are some things that you can see for free without paying. We have visited other stadiums such as Bayern’s Allianz Arena. They are much better. Personally, I would recommend friends to just view the stadium from the outside and enter the grounds to have a look at the shop.

Tourist trap! Don't do that.

Don't do that! This is really a tourist trap. There was an awful lot of people. It was 1 hour to get into the museum. My son liked to see the cups that were on display, but that was all that was worth it. You are not allowed in the stadium, there is not even a chance to get a glimpse of the inside of the stadium because of the renovations. This was not mentioned on the website when purchasing the ticket! We also had a ticket for the virtual reality tour. This one was low quality, lots of choppy images. I've seen much better 3D images. At the price of 47 euros per person, this is really below board.

Avoid

Absolutely awful. So I collected my tickets 24hours prior from st Julian tour company. I had booked an open ticket which meant we can go anytime the next day. We arrived at the stadium at 12:30 to be told the Museum is closed due to the match. The stadium employee was very apologetic and told us all tour companies were informed. At no point did the tour company advise us. So I contacted the tour company to be told I do not qualify for a refund and no compensation. In fact the offered me £11.00 T refund after paying nearly £80. I’ve been back a few days and am still awaiting for St. Julian tour company to respond to me many emails. Avoid this company They are so unprofessional no empathy no compassion…. Absolutely disgusting service
