Terrible experience

We purchased the tickets with almost 4 months in advance. When we arrived at the Sageada Familia they made us wait for more than 30 minutes under a scorching heat and told us they had sold 2 tickets more than the allowed 30 people group. Then they gave us 2 choices. Either 2 people choose to voluntarily get a refund or go some other day or the whole group could not enter. Nobody wanted to volunteer, so we did. We left 4 of our friends go and stayed behind . We had to go back to the tour office and they did not want to give us a refund. After a lot of discussion they made us write a refund request and now Viator is saying it’s under review and it may take a week to give us an answer.. this is one of the worst experiences I have ever had with the tour agency saying it’s not their problem and Viator saying they have to talk to the tour operator. Not only we gave our places to other people and lost the visit but now we don’t get our money back expeditiously. Please don’t trust these people

Bad partner

They partnered with a company called Julia travel. We had to find the agency, it wasn’t air conditioned, and they were super rude. We could t find the tour guide. We almost missed the whole trip. It wasn’t clear that we would have to go through this whole process.

Sagrada heaven

When you walk in to the sagrada be amazed as you've just flew into heaven what a must see absolutely astonishing and you must go up the tower what a scary walk back down

Difficult to Understand

Unfortunately, the tour guide’s English was very hard to understand. He was very nice, but again, we could only make out certain words throughout the tour. He did keep us moving throughout the church at least.

Easy process to meet up...

Easy process to meet up near sagrada familia and get into our group. I appreciate the small group and skip the line for access. Our guide was a pleasure and knowledgeable. He allowed questions and taught us a lot about the history. Very pleased with the tour and the towers are a must, very high up but worth the views.
