Fun cooking class

The instructor was very nice and after he sent us all of the recipes. Before hand he took us to the market to get some of the ingredients that he didn’t have and at the end he made us coconut coffee that was yummy.

Great experience

We had a lovely time with Collin. He was a great guide in showing us Vietnamese cooking and was a great storyteller in sharing with us the history of the foods we made. I also left behind some things in the kitchen and he dropped them off back at my accommodation because it was such a hot day and he insisted on bringing it to me so I didn’t have to walk, absolutely amazing guy.

Cooking Class

Took a cooking class at Hanoi and it was an amazing experience! Collin from Rose Kitchen is knowledgeable and friendly. Learnt how to make bun cha, spring roll and mango salad. Highly recommended :)
