It was an absolutely amazing experience for my daughter and me. Chris's guidance at the market and cooking instructions were clear and enjoyable. We also enjoyed the tasty dinner we prepared and the conversations with other participants. I would definitely recommend this valuable experience to visitors to Hanoi.

This was a fantastic experience, and the best thing we did in Hanoi. The experience included buying fresh ingredients at the market, preparing and cooking them, then eating the finished product. Our host Colin was very knowledgeable, and very engaging. He went out of his way to include our 10 year old, making it a great experience for our whole family. Could not recommend this more highly.
