- Minimum Participants: A minimum of 4 guests is required for the tour to proceed. If the minimum is not met, an alternative date or a full refund will be offered.
- Maximum Group Size: To ensure a personalized experience, the limit is set at 8 guests per guide. We maintain flexibility (1-2 extra guests) to keep bookings together, or the tour may run with fewer than six people.
- Route: 100% of the route is within the Historic City Center and on the Tiber River bike path. Although routes are carefully selected, light vehicular traffic on surface streets is occasionally unavoidable.
- Itinerary Changes: In case of official celebrations, public events, or demonstrations in central Rome, the operator reserves the right to substitute one or more itinerary highlights to ensure the group's safety.
- Riding Experience: A minimum level of cycling experience is mandatory.
- Guide's Discretion: A short pre-departure test will be conducted. The guide reserves the absolute right to deny participation (no refund) if any guest is deemed unsuitable due to lack of ability or physical/mental health concerns.
- Infants: Infants and children (up to 20kg /44lbs) travel free of charge using a provided booster seat.
- Children: Children (under 139cm/4ft 7 in) must use a bike extension (tag-along/trailer).
- E-Bike Minimum Age: The minimum age to operate an E-Bike is 12 years old.

We enjoyed our bike tour. Covered a lot of the city. Our guide was very friendly. Stopped at many sites and had some beautiful views of the city.

Great tour! Michael was an excellent guild. Be ready to cover some ground around Rome! This is a fantastic tour for people comfortable on a bike and want to ride! The ebike makes the hills easy!
We did this as a family...
We did this as a family and it was a pleasant way to spend a few hours. The cycling was straightforward, however you did need to be confident on a bike, not least with the number of crazy pedestrians! We enjoyed the market stop for lunch and the kids loved the water fountain trick! While Georgio was a welcoming and watchful guide, the itinerary was not as advertised and we did not see many of the listed sites, including Vatican/St Peters (a fairly fundamental part of Rome!), Mouth of Truth, Pantheon, Trevi fountain, Spanish Steps…and more. Unless you count the beautiful city panorama? Some of these sites are of course in pedestrianised, busy areas but I think the tour details should be clearer. There was also a fairly limited amount of history and facts about Rome compared to other similar tours we’ve done. We only had limited time in Rome and picked it based on the itinerary, so overall it was a bit of a disappointment.
