- A dress code is required to enter places of worship and Vatican Museum. No shorts or sleeveless tops allowed. Knees and shoulders MUST be covered for both men and women. You may risk refused entry if you fail to comply with these dress requirements

- The sightseeing tour is conducted by a driver, not a professional guide. It is a panoramic tour, not a guided tour.
- Standard program could suffer variation, according to the availability at the moment or extraordinary events
- We inform you that the management of the Museums or Archaeological sites, or the Ministry of Cultural Heritage may at any time decide to close some sites totally or partially. No refund will be possible.
- Wheelchair users and walker users cannot have access to the Catacombs and the Palatine Hill
- We kindly inform you that any kind of disability (mobility issues, wheelchair, visual impairment, hearing impairment,... ) or anything that might prevent you to regularly join the tour, MUST BE communicated in advance to our staff. For people with disabilities, the tour route may be different from the one presented.
- Important: please note that you can not get to the Colosseum with large bags / backpacks / suitcases. You may bring small bags, but there is no cloakroom service inside the Colosseum to accommodate large items
- Pets are not allowed
- Every refund request MUST be done within and not later than 48 hours from the day of the tour.
- All visitors MUST have a photo ID for the security check! Security will prevent you from entering the monuments if you fail to provide a valid ID card or Passport.
- You must have a VALID PHOTO ID to enter the Colosseum (Driver License, Passport or State ID all work.) You will be asked to also provide your name, last name and date of birth (at the beginning of the tour, if not provided beforehand.) Security will prevent you from entering the site if the information provided is not accurate and/or don't match the one on your ID.
- The itinerary may vary depending on weather conditions (ice, rain, or high temperatures) or other events beyond the travel agency's control.

I recently had a client book this trip, They advised me that it was one of the best tours they have ever had. Everything about it was perfect from the transportation to the person giving the information. It was 2 couples and it was perfect for them. I would definitely use them again and I would definitely recommend them
Incredible Rome
This was our favorite tour of our vacation. Our guide, Richard, made our time so enjoyable. A couple of us weren't able to attend part of the tour. Richard was able to work with his people to get us lined up to finish the tour before our departure. We were so thankful for their quick response to our request.
Tour guides are not knowledgeable. Total scam
Only good thing about this tour was the driver Marco. The rest is a total scam. Tour guides are not knowledgeable. Skip the line was just a gimmic. Don't do it
Great side tours and guides
Catacombs, Vatican city, coliseum, Rome forum..all of these special tours were great and Richard and Angela were fantastic. Our driver was terrible..gave us bad directions to meet our guides. He showed up first day and sat in car and talked on phone for 30 minutes..we didn't even know he was our driver until I interrupted his phone call. Second day he made us jaywalking across very busy street to get in car. I know he was advertised as driver and not a guide but what is purpose of a two hour driving tour when he doesn't give us information. Much cheaper and just as good if we bought the three private tours on our own and got a taxi or Uber
