Itinerary
Beat the busy crowds and the hustle and bustle of city life as your early morning tour will take you through the Roman streets. Visit the Spanish Steps in the morning light to admire their beauty, before making your way through the winding cobble stone streets.
Your small group and expert guide will continue on towards the famous Trevi Fountain, and learn of the architect Nicola Salvi who built it. Pictures do not do the fountain justice, and seeing it in person will truly help you absorb the beauty and fine skill it took to create it. Enjoy capturing the moment with plenty of space and without the worry of other tourists in the way as you take advantage of the early morning hours. The Trevi Fountain may be undergoing maintenance during your visit. Workers may be present, but the fountain will remain visible.
Continue onto the beautiful Piazza Venezia with its grandiose Monument to the Country, the Altare della Patria - a monument built in the late 1800's early 1900's as a celebration of the unification of Italy.
Admire the Pantheon in the early morning light, You will truly get a feel for the local life here while most tourists are fast asleep and Romans are enjoying their coffee and cornetto before work. A former pagan temple transformed into a Christian church, the Pantheon is nearly 2000 years old, and still an active place of worship today. Inside the church lay the tombs of famous Renaissance artist Raphael and King Vittorio Emmanuele - just to name a few. Please note: Tours booked on the first Sunday of the month or on national holidays will not include Pantheon entry.
In Italy it's completely acceptable to have sweets for breakfast, and it wouldn't be a true Italian morning without a stop at a local bar for cappuccino and cornetto! With a variety to choose from and a cup of espresso or cappuccino, it is sure to give you the energy you need to enjoy the rest of your day in Rome.
A walking tour of Rome would not be complete without a visit to Piazza Navona - arguably one of the most beautiful and most visited squares in Rome. In the centre lays Bernini's Four River's Fountain, and surrounding it are the many shops, restaurants and bars that frame the piazza.

Fantastic morning tour
Massimus was a fantastic guide, was excellent to be out ahead of the crowds!
Sunrise tour amazing with Massimo!
Massimo was our guide with amazing energy and enthusiasm at sunrise. Massimo is knowledgeable about the history of Rome, the "lasagna" architecture throughout the city the bigger than life Pantheon, the beautiful Trevi Fountain and Spanish Stairs. The Parliament building was also on the route and churches were everywhere. Every corner, with very little crowds, brought more stories and history. You enjoy breakfast with the Pantheon as your backdrop. Highly recommend Massimo!

He pointed put small details in the architecture and infrastructure that would have otherwise been missed. Massimo helped us fall in love with Rome! What a delightful way to start your morning and see some gorgeous sights!
Highly recommend Brando!
Brando was very knowledgeable and great with the kids. Highly recommend. Worth the money.
Wonderful family experience
Valentina was absolutely incredible and brought Ancient Rome to a level our kids (5&7) could understand and had engaging activities, which was above and beyond our expectations. She was incredibly knowledgeable and described the history in depth. Going early in the morning we encountered far less people allowing for an easier time getting around and better photo opportunities. And ending with breakfast was wonderful and with a great view.
